Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Therabody apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place your items in their original garment bags and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
